About Us

Prana Yoga was started in early 2014. Our aim is to bring authentic Hatha Yoga at an affordable price to all ages of the community.

At Prana Yoga we follow an Integral approach to Yoga – with a smooth flow of Asanas, Pranayama & Meditation in every class. We analyse the individuals’ health problems/goals and give asana and pranayama practice accordingly.

Rather than seeing yoga as a physical exercise, we aim to bring mindfulness on and off the mat. Prana Yoga is seen as a life skill that helps us cope with the fast paced and stressed modern life.

The classes are run from Featherbrook Community Center.
